PRICES SHOWN INCLUDES THE BOAT AND MOTOR DURING THE BOATING SEASON at Units I, II, & III, and boat only at Units IV, V and VI. However, we reserve the right to charge accordingly for any damages to boat, motor, or equipment
(damaged props, lost anchors, oars, etc.). Fuel for the boat motor is an extra charge based on the price for pre-mix
gasoline at the time of your stay.

PRICES SHOWN DO NOT INCLUDE A 5 1/2% TAX WHICH WE MUST COLLECT. However, room & premier resort taxes are not applicable here (a combined savings of 5%).

DAILY RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO A THREE-DAY MINIMUM CHARGE.

PETS ARE WELCOME AS LONG AS OUR PET POLICY IS STRICLY ADHERED TO & AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $50/WEEK/PET.

RESERVATIONS: For weekly stays a $200 deposit (per week); for less than a week' s stay a deposit equal to one
day's stay confirms your reservation and is due within seven days after placing your reservation with us. Upon your
departure, the home will be assessed for any unnecessary cleaning and damage to furniture, walls, ceilings, etc., and to
the boat, motor, and equipment. The security deposit will be refunded within fourteen working days after your departure
minus any repair costs and extra cleaning costs which will be assessed at an hourly rate and/or actual repair cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your deposit, less a $50 service charge per week cancelled, will only be refunded provided we are given sufficient notice prior to your arrival date to fill the vacancy. Last minute cancellations necessitate forfeiture of the entire deposit.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO LACK OF SNOW (trails must be closed): Your deposit will be credited to a
future reservation, as we cannot control the weather. We will honor this credit for one year. Deposit credits do not apply
for Christmas, New Year' s and Derby weeks which are non-refundable. AGAIN, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
